Elizabeth (Liz) Adams is a dental hygienist at The Dental Group’s Dingley practice. Liz grew up in Melbourne and has lived locally for the past twenty years. Liz obtained her Dental Assisting certificate in 1986, but discovered that she enjoyed being able to help patients and wanted a more ‘hands-on’ role. In 1993 Liz graduated from Gilles Plains College with an Associate Diploma in Dental Hygiene. Liz is particularly interested in orthodontics, periodontics and in teeth whitening.
Liz knew from a very early age that she wanted a career where she could help people and she particularly likes being able to help patients find the best and most practical way they can maintain good oral health at home.
Outside of dentistry, Liz loves being involved with her children’s lives and with the school community. She is also interested in travel and entertainment and she enjoys a good book.
Alicia works at The Dental Group’s Dingley practice and grew up in Mulgrave, Melbourne. Better known as Leash by friends and patients, Alicia is conversant in Italian, but does admit to understanding more than she speaks. Just recently married, Leash loves to talk to patients about travel, restaurants visited and the local coffee culture in Melbourne.
Kim Damiani has worked for The Dental Group for more than twenty five years. She grew up in Victoria and graduated in Social Welfare Studies from Monash University. Kim greatly enjoys her role at the practice and is responsible for ensuring patients have complete clarity about their treatment options and clinical choices, the time required to complete treatment and the fees required. Over the years working for the practice, Kim has seen her role evolve and she loves being able to represent The Dental Group and to help patients get the very most out of their visits.
Away from dentistry, Kim firmly believes in ensuring she remains fit and healthy and she loves sports. She has two children and other interests include cooking, travel and entertainment.
Sonya grew up in Victoria and has worked for The Dental Group’s Dingley practice for 26 years. She has been reception manager for the past 14 years, having worked as a dental nurse for the previous 12 years. Sonya is very experienced in helping patients better understand their treatment plan and finances and how best to maintain good dental health. Sonya is a mother of two and enjoys chatting about her family. Other interests include food, movies, entertainment and travel.
Michelle Gilbert is at The Dental Group’s Dingley practice where she has worked since 2007. Michelle grew up in South Africa but has lived locally for the past thirty years. She qualified as a Dental Hygienist in 1995. Michelle has a wealth of knowledge and experience in oral health education and she loves teaching patients the most effective ways to look after their teeth and gums at home. Michelle has two children and belongs to a local Christian church where she is the treasurer and bookkeeper. She is very well travelled and enjoys chatting to patients about music and entertainment.
Tatiana grew up in Kiev in Ukraine and has lived in the local community since 2005 working for The Dental Group’s Dingley practice. She qualified as a Dental Nurse in Tel-Aviv, Israel in 2000. As a Dental Nurse, Tatiana is interested in helping patients understand preventative dentistry and its advantages, particularly in the way good dental care can save time and money and help prevent pain.
Tatiana’s interests include family matters, as she is a mother of two and she likes discussing politics and historical topics. She enjoys rollerblading, travel and reading and is talented at learning languages, speaking Russian, Ukrainian and Hebrew.
Kylie Mulloy grew up in Melbourne and has worked for The Dental Group for twenty two years having originally qualified as a Dental Assistant. Kylie is the reception manager for the practice, facilitating patients and helping them to gain a clear understanding of their dental health and the treatments required, and to manage their appointments and finances. She particularly enjoys working for The Dental Group due to the friendly and supportive atmosphere which benefits both staff and patients. Kylie has two children and is actively involved in the school community. Other interests include cooking for her children and sports and entertainment and she loves discussing family matters and her hobbies with patients.
Ronnie Vickers is a Dental Hygienist with more than thirty years of experience. She trained at the Adelaide Dental Hospital and Ronnie was amongst the first group to qualify in Australia, gaining her Associate Diploma of Dental Hygiene in 1977. She is a member of the Dental Hygienists’ Association of Australia and is committed to continuing education, ensuring her skills and knowledge are always bang up-to-date.
Ronnie is a dedicated member of our team and works closely with our dentists to help each patient achieve the very best level of dental health. She has far more than just an interest in preventative dentistry and is passionate about making a real difference to the dental outcome of every person she sees here at The Dental Group Bayside.
Outside of dentistry, Ronnie has a busy family life and loves boating and keeping fit.
Cathy is our friendly Reception Manager here at The Dental Group Bayside. She grew up in South Australia and has lived locally since 1996. Cathy works with clients to help them understand their dental situation and advised treatments and also assists in scheduling appointments and informs all clients of the financial commitments. She is a registered nurse with a midwifery degree. In 1997 Cathy gained her Business Administration Certificate.
She is very friendly and loves chatting to patients to ensure they feel comfortable in our practice. Like everyone at The Dental Group, Cathy is focused on helping all clients visiting the practice gain their choice of optimal dental health. Cathy loves playing golf and is on the committee of the Sandringham Golf Club.
Tamara grew up in Victoria and qualified as a Dental Assistant in 2014. She is particularly interested in orthodontics and loves teaching kids how to take care of their teeth. Tamara views general and dental health as being extremely important and likes helping people achieve a healthy smile.
Outside of dentistry, Tamara likes spending time outdoors, loves travelling, camping and she also enjoys sports.
